Tucker Carlson launched a scathing attack on U.S. President Donald Trump in his Friday newsletter, accusing the commander in chief of being “complicit in Israel’s attack on Iran.”

Carlson has showcased a great deal of warmth toward autocratic regimes such as Iran and Russia, amid claims he receives significant funding from Qatar.

Not content with attacking Trump, with whom he was thought to enjoy a close relationship, the podcast host also turned his fire on former FOX colleagues. These include former owner Rupert Murdoch and host Sean Hannity, whom he accused of being ‘warmongers.’

“While the American military may not have physically perpetrated the assault, years of funding and sending weapons to Israel, which Donald Trump just bragged about on Truth Social, undeniably place the U.S. at the center of last night’s event,” he opined in his missive.

“Washington knew these attacks would happen. They aided Israel in carrying them out. Politicians purporting to be America First can’t now credibly turn around and say they had nothing to do with it. Our country is in deep,” he added.

He acknowledged that as a sovereign nation, Israel was within its rights to pursue its own foreign policy objectives, but he bristled at the prospect of deeper U.S. involvement.

Carlson argued it should not do so with American backing.

The former FOX presenter claimed Israel should be treated like “Eritrea, Suriname or Cambodia” and that despite Tehran’s regular calls of “Death to America,” this was not the United States’ fight.

Taking a swipe more directly at Trump, he effectively accused the president of betraying the millions of voters who elected him to put America First and not get the U.S. involved in Middle Eastern adventures.

Meanwhile, in an interview in The Atlantic, Trump said that he—and he alone—would determine what America First is.

“Well, considering that I’m the one that developed ‘America First,’ and considering that the term wasn’t used until I came along, I think I’m the one that decides that,” Trump said.

“For those people who say they want peace—you can’t have peace if Iran has a nuclear weapon. So for all of those wonderful people who don’t want to do anything about Iran having a nuclear weapon—that’s not peace.”

  1. It’s a lot easier to have purchased Tucker Carlson than Steve Witkoff.

(I have read that Carlson has received a lot of money and support from Qatar, but presumably his hatred of Israel and the Jewish people does not required that much gold crossing his palm. Perhaps someone should ask him the question directly.)

  2. Shame on you !! You show your true antisemite feelings!! God will punish you for your feelings about Israel. You are a true loser !! You are a disgrace!!
