(TJV) A radio station owned by the George Soros-controlled media company Audacy is facing intense backlash after publicly revealing the locations of undercover Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents operating in San Jose, California—a city notorious for violent gang activity, according to NewsBusters.
During the January 26 edition of KCBS Radio Weekend News, KCBS 740 AM amplified information from the left-wing Rapid Response Network, an activist group that opposes deportation efforts. However, the controversy escalated when anchor Bret Burkhart went beyond general reporting and gave detailed descriptions of the agents’ vehicles and exact locations, potentially compromising their safety.
On January 27, NewsNation confirmed that ICE agents were actively conducting an operation in the area at the time, raising serious concerns that their cover had been blown.
Senior editor Andy Ngo of The Post Millennial weighed in on the alarming situation, emphasizing that the agents were reportedly working undercover. He condemned KCBS’s actions, stating that the station had “put law enforcement officers at serious risk while an operation was ongoing targeting violent, criminal foreign nationals.”
