On Saturday morning, long running NY Times Columnist Paul Krugman released  his latest piece claiming that the GOP and President Trump are campaigning against violent riots which don’t exist.

Krugman wrote”  invisible anarchists are all Trump has left”. Krugman highlights a day in NYC, where he wrote: ”  It was a beautiful day, and the city looked cheerful: Shops were open, people were drinking coffee in the sidewalk seating areas that have proliferated during the pandemic, Central Park was full of joggers and cyclists.”

Krugman seems blind to the fact that Portland has had now over 100 days of violent protests, most days the Portland police declare official riots, and make dozens of arrests on a nightly basis.

Only last Saturday a Trump supporter was literally executed in the streets of Portland. Mr. Krugman is not paying attention or he is being intellectually dishonest.

In fact, the riots are literally live streamed by independent journalists and videographers, every single night on You Tube.  A great source to witness the riots and showdowns with Portland police and State troopers is PT News Network.  Every night, you can witness live streams of the chaos in Portland, Seattle and other cities.

The media at  large is not showing what is going on in Portland and various other cities. Over the weekend the protests briefly made the news in NY, as Rochester has become a scene for unrest as the result of Joe Prude’s death,  but overall you can not really get a feel for what is happening until you witness the live raw footage.

Paul Krugman goes on: ” There’s not much to be said about Trump’s claims that people “in the dark shadows” control Biden and that mysterious people dressed in black are menacing Republicans, except that not long ago it would have been inconceivable for any major-party politician to engage in this kind of conspiracy theorizing”.

Krugman is trying to create a different reality, one where last weekend there was not a political assassination of a Trump supporter. Krugman is practically mocking the actual death of Aaron “Jay” Danielson, by one of those “mysterious people”.  It’s all a “conspiracy theory”.

The president never said the “people in the dark shadows” are controlling Biden and the Democrats.  However Trump has criticized Democrat leadership in major cities  for downplaying or outright ignoring the protests ; while left wing district attorneys have been raked over the coals for being soft on the rioters and releasing them back on the streets immediately after arrests.

There obviously are people funding the activity and organizing the “mostly  peaceful” protesters.  Philanthropic groups like Tides Foundation, Open Societies and all their funded  501(C)(3)s tend to be financiers of such social justice endeavors .  Krugman would have you believe they don’t exist either. It’s all a “conspiracy theory”.

Plato said: “Those who tell the stories rule society.” Paul Krugman tells stories.

Krugman dare not mention, Phillip Lawrence Nelson who was arrested for interfering with police at a riot in Portland in June was quickly released and, just one week later, allegedly stabbed to death a man and a woman who lived in the building where he resided.

Krugman dare not mention, Michael Reinoehl,  who was killed as a federal task force attempted to apprehend him in Lacey, Washington.  Reinoehl was the prime suspect in the killing of 39-year-old Aaron “Jay” Danielson, who was shot in the chest last Saturday night, . Danielson was a Trump supporter who dared exercise his 1st amendment rights  on the “peaceful” streets of Portland.

Krugman concludes his op-ed by saying : “There’s a bit more to be said about his claims of rampant violence and destruction in “anarchic jurisdictions” — namely, that these claims bear little resemblance to the mostly peaceful reality”

While it is true Republicans sometimes use hyperbolic language about the riots. NYC for example had an initial violent rioting spree in May and June, and has since calmed down. It is also true that not all of Portland and Seattle are in flames, as Krugman points out.

However, it is simply not true to call these riots “invisible”. Krugman is ignoring that fact that over 40 people have been murdered as a result of the protests, and crime has spiked across the nation in a direct correlation with the start of the BLM and ANTIFA civil unrest. None of this matters because Paul Krugman had a nice day at Central Park, therefore everything is wonderful.

The dishonest leftist hatchet-man, ignores all reality to make a point which is basically “sometimes Trump and his supporters exaggerate” about the riots. He is literally erasing all of the current happenings over the last 90  days to make this simple point.

And it’s all by design, Krugman is trying to control the way people perceive things, by telling stories. This is not an opinion piece, it’s disorienting propaganda

Literally, hours after this exercise in narrative control, which  Krugman entitled:  “Trump and the Attack of the Invisible Anarchists” was released, a rioter caught fire after running through a molotov cocktail thrown at cops  by a comrade Saturday night, during the city’s 100th straight of protests.

Here’s the video, maybe Mr. Krugman should take note
