The rapidly deteriorating situation in New York’s famous China Town has started to come to light after a maniac slaughtered 4 fellow homeless men sleeping in China Town.

“Something is going on, something is just in the air and there are just a lot more mentally unstable people around. There are a lot more crazies around,” said the manager of an East Broadway restaurant.

New Yorkers woke Saturday morning to the startling news that 4 homeless people were bludgeoned to death as they slept in the streets of China Town.

The suspect a young Dominican immigrant, Randy Rodriguez Santos, with a large violent rap sheet was loose on the streets assaulting people for the last year freely under the progressively reformed New York City criminal justice department. The “ revolving door” de Blasio system resulted in a scene reminiscent of a 1980’s slasher movie set in New York such as “ Driller Killer” or “Maniac” as blood was seen splattered on the concrete and walls of China Town and 4 victims laid dead and brutalized on the streets of China Town.

The violent, homeless maniac is now in custody, after a year in which he was arrested for several violent crimes including biting someone, smashing another victim in the face and sexually harassing a woman.

New York is a “progressive” City that believes in “second chances” even for violent psychotics.

Another merchant, Eric Lee, manager of Dim Sum Go Go, said in the last year the number of homeless in Kimlau Square, the neighborhood center near where the murders happened, has more than doubled, from about four to more than 10.

“They’re sleeping here — on mattresses, benches, they’re hanging out here, drinking, smoking. Overnight. It’s not good. It affects our business. They drink a lot, they get rowdy and loud,” Lee told the N.Y Post.

“I go out at 5:10 in the morning and carry a flashlight just to watch out for the excrement,” he said. “We are not talking dog doo doo. I have seen them just lean off the bench and go No. 2”, Karlin Chan, a member of the local community board and longtime Chinatown activist told the N.Y Post.

San Francisco a city known for its picturesque views is also known for it’s homeless problem and human excrement on the street problems, a common problem in cities run by modern progressive leadership.

The cops, unfortunately, their hands are tied,” he said. “With City Hall, there’s only so much they can do”, William Bray, the president of the 5th Precinct Community Council.

Mary Loriggio, owner of Luna Pizza on Park Row across the street from Kimlau Square, said she has watched as the number of homeless has grown in recent years and even gives them free pizza so they don’t hang around her shop, she told the N.Y Post.

“The mayor needs to do something about this. They need to help the homeless people,” Loriggio said. “We need to focus on the people here before we focus on anything else. He needs to focus on the people here.
