Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez clapped back at pro-Palestine protesters Monday who appeared to chase her and her fiancé Riley Roberts through a movie theater lobby, video footage showed.

This ironic story of anti-Israel progressive being attacked by even more radical anti- Israel extremists, was first noted by The Daily Caller

Video footage posted on Twitter shows two pro- Hamas protesters approaching Ocasio-Cortez in what was allegedly a Brooklyn movie theater Monday evening. The two extremists claimed that she has not called the attacks within the Israel-Hamas war a “genocide” of the Palestinian people.

“You refuse to call it a genocide,” a leftist  man wearing a mask stated.

“I need you to understand that this is not okay,” Ocasio-Cortez said, before the man could be seen recording the incident.

“It’s not okay that there’s a genocide happening and you’re not actively against it,” the man stated.

“You’re lying!” Ocasio-Cortez shouted as she went down the escalator.

“I’m lying? You went on TV [and] avoided talking about it,” the man replied.

The footage shows the second protester, who appeared to be a woman, following Ocasio-Cortez down the escalator while questioning the representative for why she wouldn’t call the attacks a “genocide.”

The Pro Hamas radicals, acted as if they were deprogrammed, with expressionless faces, repeating endlessly about so called “genocide”, much like a cult member.

“Then just say it’s a genocide. Just say it! Over 30,000 people are dead, AOC. You can’t just say it for once? Just say the word. That’s it! That’s all we want you to say,” the woman shouted.

The protesters then followed the representative outside of the building before Roberts blocked the activists, telling them to “stop.” The activists continued to heckle the congresswoman before she finally snapped at the camera.

“You’re going to cut this and clip this so that it’s completely out of context,” Ocasio-Cortez shouted as she walked away. “I already said that it was! And ya’ll are just going to pretend that it wasn’t. Over and over again. It’s fucked up, man! You’re not helping these people! You’re not helping them.”

Ocasio-Cortez has repeatedly condemned Israel’s attacks within Gaza since their retaliation after the terrorist attack Oct. 7, and accused Israel of war crimes just weeks after the attack, according to Fox News. The representative has yet to release a public statement about the incident.

Ocasio-Cortez appeared on far left agitprop MSNBC’s “The Mehdi Hasan Show” to defend her position of calling for a ceasefire following Hamas’ attack against Israel on Oct. 7. When asked whether Israel had a right to defend itself, she argued that “war crimes” are not the appropriate response, Fox News recalled, last year at the start of the Hamas war.

She began, “I think one of the things that’s important to recognize about this situation is the asymmetry of what is going on as well as the collective punishment of what is happening to the Palestinian people at this moment. Hamas has absolutely engaged in horrific attacks. Every single day there are more details that are released about what occurred on October 7th that shocks the human consciousness and shocks our conscience, our collective conscience.”

“However we do know as well that war crimes do not constitute and are not an appropriate response for other war crimes,” Ocasio-Cortez explained.

“It is inacceptable to think that 1700 Palestinian children alone, their deaths will somehow make up or justify the violence of what we saw on October 7th.”

“It occurs to me, I think a question we all must ask ourselves, what price of innocent life is acceptable in terms of targeting Hamas? And are we even receiving? We are receiving daily counts every day about the number of innocent people that are dying. We are not seeing reports on how effective this has actually been in terms of dismantling Hamas. I think it’s very important for us to raise that point. I think it’s important for us to understand that this is part of a larger intergenerational cycle of violence,” she said.
