Bombshell Letter Surfaces Contradicting Michael Cohen’s Testimony that Trump Reimbursed Him for Hush Money Payment

Edited by: TJVNews.com

As Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg continues to come under fire for the tendentious position he has taken in the grand jury testimony pertaining to former President Donald Trump and the charges that he reimbursed his attorney Michael Cohen for the hush money that was paid to porn star Stormy Daniels, a new bombshell report has surfaced,

According to a report that appeared on Wednesday on the Vois Es Nais web site, a letter written by Michael Cohen has surfaced in which he stated that he did not receive reimbursement for the payout by Trump or his organization. The letter was written on Cohen’s behalf by his attorney, Stephen M. Ryan and was dated February 8, 2018. Ryan is with the prestigious law firm of McDermott, Will & Emery and the letter was addressed to a Mr. Jordan at the Federal Election Commission Office of Complaints Examination and Legal Administration.

Vois Es Nais reported that the letter was obtained by the Daily Mail of the United Kingdom and its public release would deal a massive blow to the case being built by Manhattan prosecutors against the former president.

The “smoking gun” letter also apparently contradicts Cohen’s recent grand jury testimony against Trump, the report indicated.

VIN also reported that once the letter is verified for authenticity, it would be deleterious to Cohen as well as DA Alvin Bragg’s looming charges against Trump. At the time that the letter was written, the report indicated that Cohen himself was embroiled in legal troubles and there’s been speculation that he “flipped” on Trump and decided to cooperate with prosecutors and make a deal of some kind for the purpose of saving himself from decades spent behind bars,

As the star witness for the prosecution of Trump, Cohen has said that Trump asked him to pay $130,000 to Stormy Daniels for her silence concerning the sexual relationship that she claims that she had with the former president before the election of 2016. Daniels’ real name is Stefanie Clifford, the report said.

In his testimony before the grand jury, Cohen claimed that Trump asked him to pay the hush money to the porn star from his own account, and then reimbursed him with personal funds.

The bombshell letter that surfaced that was allegedly written by Cohen’s attorney, it stated that, “Cohen used his own personal funds’, and that ‘Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed Mr. Cohen for the payment directly or indirectly.”

VIN reported that the letter also said, “Contrary to the allegations in the complaint, which are entirely speculative, neither Mr. Cohen nor Essential Consultants LLC made any in-kind contributions to Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., or any other presidential campaign committee.”

The letter is dated months before Cohen turned on his former boss and pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including campaign finance violations over the hush money payments, VIN reported.  Cohen then testified against Trump as part of a plea deal.

In grand jury testimony on Monday, Robert Costello, a Trump ally refuted Cohen’s testimony before the same grand jury. VIN reported that he told reporters that he testified before the grand jury about an alleged 2018 conversation he had with Cohen, in which Cohen said he made the $130,000 payment on his own, and that it was not Trump’s idea.

Yeshiva World News reported on Wednesday that in yet another iteration of the incurable Trump Derangement Syndrome, anti-Trumpsters are” foaming at the mouth” as they await the former president’s expected indictment by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.

YWN reported of the anti-Trump forces that, “in fact, they’re so excited by the prospect of Trump sitting in jail that they simply can’t wait to see it. So to turn their fantasies into a semi-reality, they turned to artificial intelligence to help them feel the unrestrained joy and exuberance of seeing Donald Trump in shackles.”

Artificial intelligence image generating engines churned out multiple photos of the former president in varying states of distress, but all depicted one thing: Donald Trump being arrested – or trying to resist arrest – from law enforcement officers coming to mete out justice against their archenemy, YWN reported.

The report also editorialized by saying, “of course, the joke is on the anti-Trumpers. With Bragg targeting him in the most blatantly political hit job of all time, Trump is most likely to soar to the Republican nomination in 2024, and he has a good shot at beating Joe Biden too. And don’t forget, presidents can legally serve from jail.”

Speaking out on Wednesday is a statement, the fomer president continued his attacks on Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who looks like a likely contender for the White House in 2024. Many have speculated that the outspoken GOP governor stands a very good chance of winning his party’s nomination in 2024.

On Wednesday, Trump said, “While I am fighting against Radical Left Lunatics, Persecutors, and unfair Prosecutors who want to destroy us all, Ron DeSanctimonious is not working for the people of Florida as he should be, he is too busy chatting with a Ratings Challenged TV Host from England, desperately trying to rescue his failing Campaign—But it’s my fault, I put him there!”

“Now that Ron DeSanctimonious is finally admitting he’s in the Race by beginning to fight back, and now that his Polls have crashed so he has no other choice, let me explain the facts. He is, for a Republican, an average Governor, he got 1.2 million less Votes in Florida than me, he fought for massive cuts in Social Security and Medicare, and wanted Social Security minimum age to be raised to 70-years-old, or more. He is a disciple of Paul Ryan, and did whatever Ryan told him to do.”

“Florida has been successful for many years, long before I put Ron there – It’s amazing what Ocean & Sunshine will do! Surprise, Ron was a big Lockdown Governor on the China Virus, sealing all beaches and everything else for an extended period of time, was Third Worst in the Nation for COVID-19 Deaths (losing 86,294 People), Third Worst for Total # of Cases, at 7,516,906. Other Republican Governors did MUCH BETTER than Ron and, because I allowed them this “freedom,” never closed their States.”

“Remember, I left that decision up to the Governors! For COVID Death Rates Per State, Ron, as Governor of Florida, did worse than New York. In Education, Florida ranks among the worst in the Country and on crime statistics, Florida ranked Third Worst in Murder, Third Worst in Rape, and Third Worst in Aggravated Assault. For 2022, Jacksonville was ranked as one of the Top 25 Major Crime Cities in the Country, with Tampa and Orlando not doing much better.”

“On Education, Florida ranks #39 in Health & Safety in the Country, #50 in Affordability, and #30 in Education & Childcare, HARDLY GREATNESS THERE! The fact is, Ron is an average Governor, but the best by far in the Country in one category, Public Relations, where he easily ranks Number One—But it is all a Mirage, just look at the facts and figures, they don’t lie—And we don’t want Ron as our President!”
