(TJV NEWS) In a stunning revelation that could mark one of the darkest chapters in recent U.S. history, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has accused the Biden-era Department of Health and Human Services of enabling the trafficking of migrant children for sex, forced labor, and slavery.

The bombshell statement came during a high-level Cabinet meeting convened by President Donald Trump on the 100th day of his second term, aimed at confronting the border crisis and ending systemic failures in child protection.

“HHS was the principal factor in child trafficking under the Biden administration,” Kennedy declared. “They weren’t just turning a blind eye — they were collaborators. Collaborators in trafficking children for sex and slavery. We’ve put an end to that.”

Kennedy announced that the Trump administration is now aggressively working to locate over 300,000 migrant children who vanished under federal custody during the Biden years.

An August 2024 report from the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General revealed that more than 320,000 unaccompanied minors entered the U.S. and were subsequently “lost” by government authorities — many without court dates or formal removal proceedings. Over 32,000 who were scheduled for hearings never showed up and remain unaccounted for.

“This wasn’t negligence. It was an organized catastrophe,” Kennedy said.

Adding fuel to the fire, investigative outlet Muckraker released a detailed exposé outlining how federal agencies under the Biden-Harris administration allegedly handed children over to criminal organizations, including violent gangs and trafficking rings.

According to Muckraker CEO Anthony Rubin, “Some of these children begged to be returned to their home countries. Instead, they were removed from shelters in the dead of night and handed over to strangers — so-called ‘sponsors’ — some of whom were directly tied to MS-13 and other criminal networks.”

Rubin emphasized that this was not a fringe occurrence. “It is well documented. The system was placing children in the hands of criminals,” he said.

The mounting evidence paints a grim picture: under Biden, federal agencies responsible for child welfare became middlemen in the trafficking of vulnerable minors. The Trump administration, now with RFK Jr. at the helm of HHS, has vowed to dismantle the machinery and bring justice to those responsible.
