(TJV NEWS) A man was shot and killed Thursday morning after confronting a vandal spray-painting political slogans near Jordan Pond in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, WCVB 5 reported.

Police say the 57-year-old victim, who had just dropped his 6-year-old child at school, noticed a suspect tagging a bridge and snapped a photo of the graffiti. According to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early Jr., the photo triggered a violent altercation. The victim called 911 during the struggle; dispatchers reported hearing gunshots on the line. Responding officers found the man with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a hospital, where he later died.

Suspect’s house above captured from a screen grab

After a large manhunt involving SWAT teams and state police, officers arrested the 26-year-old suspect outside a residence on Edgewater Avenue. The home was covered in graffiti with phrases including “Free Palestine,” “Free Congo,” “BLM,” “Defund Police,” and “Stop Cop City.” Authorities have not publicly identified the suspect, though they described him as “known to police.”

Identity Hidden — Independent Media Identifies Trans-Activist Suspect

While local media and officials continue to withhold the suspect’s name, independent journalist Andy Ngo reported the alleged shooter is Snehal Ansh Srivastava, a 26-year-old Indian national who identifies as transgender and goes by the name “Sasha Shakur.” Ngo confirmed the identity using public records tied to the residence where the arrest took place.

Ngo noted that Srivastava’s social media accounts displayed radical left-wing rhetoric, including support for BLM, Antifa, and pro-Palestinian activism. One video showed the suspect complaining about difficulties accessing women’s spaces as a “two-spirit trans woman,” while accusing others of subjecting him to “racial harassment and policing.”

This was not his first run-in with authorities. In 2022, Srivastava was arrested in Westborough after allegedly trying to run someone over with a car before attacking with a machete.

 Media Downplays Far-Left, Transgender Radicalism

As Western Journal pointed out, the Shrewsbury killing occurred just one day after a separate transgender-identifying shooter killed 2 children and injured dozens after the suspect opened fire inside Annunciation Catholic Church and school in Minneapolis, raising alarms about a disturbing trend.

Despite clear evidence of radical political affiliations, District Attorney Joe Early Jr. offered vague remarks, saying only that the suspect had been “spray-painting” before the confrontation. Meanwhile, police and local outlets continue to obscure the shooter’s identity.

Critics argue this reflects a broader pattern in which law enforcement and mainstream media downplay the intersection of radical left-wing politics, transgender extremism, and pro-Palestinian activism — even as this combination increasingly surfaces in violent incidents.

Western Journal noted the strong parallels with other recent cases, where media outlets like The New York Times labeled the motives of trans shooters “a mystery” despite explicit ideological evidence.

A Pattern Emerging?

The graffiti at the Shrewsbury suspect’s home — “Free Palestine,” “BLM,” and “Stop Cop City” — mirrors slogans embraced by radical protest movements nationwide. Commentators warn that the “Free Palestine” cause in particular is attracting the most militant and unstable activists, creating a combustible mix of anti-police, anti-Jewish, anti-Christian, and anti-Trump sentiments.

Both Ngo and Western Journal argue that this latest killing should be understood not as an isolated act, but part of a growing wave of politically radicalized violence linked to transgender identity and far-left ideology.

  1. These evil muslim monster- supporting malignant freaks need to be confronted by organized community resistance banding together to protect and defend their families and communities. The slander of “vigilante“
should be clearly labeled as illegitimate. The New York Times and other evil lying blatent
antisemite Nazi-supporting propagandists need to be likewise confronted. Citizens should be alerted not to confront these “transsexual” exhibitionist freaks unarmed and without back up. Minimum life sentences without parole should be mandatory, and death penalty prosecutions should be standard. This sort of “mental illness” is not an “illness” at all. It should legally be considered proof of criminal malice.
