Normally assault of a law enforcemernt officer is classified as § 120.05 Assault in the second degree, a serious offense.
Curtis Sliwa and The Guardian Angels, have vowed to protect the NYPD, from the illegals, who appearantly are above the law.
The Manhattan DA’s office and most of the NYC council are slowy destroying NYC with their lackadaisical attitude taken against the illegal migrants, the NYPD, and the averasge New Yorker. Officals seem more concerned with the rights of the criminal over the law abiding citizen and our NYPD officers
