It’s a scandal that’s hard to believe, but it’s happening right now. Thanks to former  President Biden’s radical immigration policies, illegal immigrants in the United States are now receiving tax refunds—money they have not earned and should not be entitled to. This shocking reality has only been made possible by the far-left’s relentless push to support migrants at the expense of American citizens.

And in an even more appalling development, Jackson Hewitt—one of the nation’s largest tax preparation services—is complicit in this injustice, helping illegals receive tax refunds of up to $14,000. Journalist Savannah Hernandez has exposed this disturbing situation, showing that a Jackson Hewitt employee, stationed outside a migrant shelter in New York City, was actively handing out flyers to undocumented immigrants, advising them on how to claim these refunds through Child Tax Credits.

Shockingly, even children of these migrants, who don’t have a Social Security number, are eligible for these free taxpayer-funded handouts. Former President Biden under “Build Back Better” policies changed the law, making it even easier for illegals to get Child Tax Credits; no longer do the illegal’s children have to be born in America to qualify.

This is the ultimate slap in the face to every hardworking American citizen. How can we sit back and allow people who have broken the law to enter our country, bypass the system, and walk away with thousands of dollars in free government money? The radical left, with the help of corporations like Jackson Hewitt, is enabling this outrageous theft from American taxpayers.

Thanks to Biden’s open-door policies, illegal immigrants can claim these refunds without paying a cent in taxes. In the past, undocumented migrants were not eligible for tax refunds, but now, due to a change in laws and practices under the current administration, they can rake in money from the system—money that should be going to American families who have worked hard for it.

This is where the madness lies. According to Hernandez’s investigation, the tax employee at Jackson Hewitt was handing out flyers in Spanish, showing migrants how to claim these credits without ever working a day in the U.S. This situation is infuriating, especially considering the dire state of the economy, where everyday Americans struggle to make ends meet, and yet non-working illegals are being handed free money.

Elon Musk has rightfully called out the Democrats for their role in this crisis, accusing them of using fraudulent IRS refund payments as a tool to attract and retain illegal immigrants in the United States. Musk stated on X (formerly Twitter), “IRS refund fraud payments are one of several means used by the Democratic Party to attract and retain illegal immigrants in the USA.”

In response to the growing anger over this issue, Musk further clarified, “No, Einstein, they can get tax ‘refunds’… without paying taxes!” Musk’s words have resonated with the American public, who are sick and tired of seeing their tax dollars handed over to people who have no legal right to be in this country.

This “free money” system is not only a betrayal of American citizens, but it is also part of a larger effort by the left to weaken the nation and fundamentally change the electorate. Biden’s policies were designed to create a permanent class of voters who rely on government handouts. It’s not about immigration reform; it’s about maintaining power at any cost, even if that means rewarding those who have entered this country illegally.

Meanwhile, Jackson Hewitt’s role in this disaster cannot be overlooked. By helping illegals navigate the system to secure these windfall refunds, they are complicit in the theft of taxpayer dollars. It is shameful that a company would prioritize profit over the integrity of the system and the needs of the American people.

As outrage continues to build over this scandal, it is clear that the radical left’s migrant programs are out of control. They are incentivizing illegal immigration and rewarding those who break the law with taxpayer-funded largesse. This cannot stand. It is time for lawmakers to step in and put an end to this madness—before it destroys the very fabric of our society.
