A recent lawsuit filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court has brought to light disturbing allegations of relentless sexual harassment by an oral surgeon towards his chauffeur.

The suit claims that Christopher Jackson, aged 43, was employed as Dr. Gabriel Hershman’s personal driver in April 2022, responsible for transporting him from his Queens residence to various locations, including Jewish studies, coffee stops, and his office on 65th Street in Brooklyn.

However, Jackson, a Brooklyn resident, chose to terminate his employment on June 1, 2022, citing incessant sexual harassment as the primary reason, according to court documents. Jackson, a father with a 9-year-old daughter, expressed his deep distress, emphasizing that no one should have to endure such harassment while striving to earn a living.

Jackson provided harrowing details of his ordeal, stating, “There is not a human being that is trying to work hard to earn a living that should have been subjected to that type of treatment, and I think it’s absolutely horrible.”

Jackson’s work schedule required him to drive Hershman in a Cadillac Escalade from Monday to Friday, with on-call hours spanning from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Yet, it is alleged that Hershman strictly prohibited Jackson from using the vehicle for personal purposes.

The lawsuit unveils disturbing details, asserting that Hershman began obsessively discussing the size of his own penis in mid-April, making it a frequent and disturbing topic of conversation.

Hershman reportedly brought up the subject at least four times a week, expressing a desire to increase its size. Jackson stated, “He began talking about the small size of his penis,” further noting that it had become “an obsessive topic of conversation.”

Additionally, Hershman is accused of sharing intimate details of his troubled sex life with his wife and making inappropriate comments about Jackson’s own sex life. Hershman allegedly joked about Jackson’s sex life, including making offensive remarks.

Hershman allegedly repeatedly requested Jackson to look at him while he touched himself over his clothing, accompanied by explicit sounds and claims that he was on the verge of ejaculation. When Jackson refused to comply, Hershman allegedly insisted on maintaining eye contact through the rearview mirror.

Jackson recounted his futile efforts to put an end to the harassment, saying, “I would continually request that these conversations cease,” but the doctor wouldn’t relent, forcing Jackson to quit, according to the court documents.

What makes this case particularly concerning is Hershman’s professional standing in the medical field and his honorary role as an NYPD surgeon. Jackson highlighted, “He has everything,” referring to Hershman’s success, including a family, a multi-million-dollar home, and a thriving medical practice.

Despite Jackson’s repeated requests to cease these conversations, Hershman allegedly persisted, leading to Jackson’s decision to resign.

Jackson revealed that Hershman’s behavior is particularly concerning considering the doctor’s position in the medical field and his status as an honorary NYPD surgeon.

Hershman is portrayed as a successful individual with a family, a multi-million dollar home, and a thriving business.

Upon deciding to quit, Jackson confronted Hershman with a recording of the alleged misconduct, to which Hershman reportedly did not deny anything but instead apologized and dismissed it as locker room talk.

Jackson is pursuing a lawsuit against Hershman, his father, and the medical practice for unspecified damages.
