(A7) A deadly home invasion occurred early Thursday in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn, New York, during which one person was stabbed to death and two others seriously injured, according to PIX11.
The NYPD said that at around 6 a.m. they discovered a man and two women inside the home on 17th Avenue near 82nd Street. The victims had all been stabbed.
The man had been stabbed multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to officials.
The two female victims were taken to local hospitals. The younger victim, 19, suffered stab wounds all over her body and it being treated for life-threatening injuries. The other victim, 22, was stabbed in the hands and is in stable condition.
According to media reports, the victims are related.

The NYPD is looking for two home invaders who broke into the home wearing black ski masks. A massive police search is in progress.
Investigators are attempting to find out if the stabbing was linked to a family dispute, ABC7NY reported.
Police said they have evidence that the two assailants broke into the home and attempted to take items belonging to the victims before the stabbing took place.
