(TJV) South Bronx Representative Ritchie Torres (D-NY) has called on Goldman Sachs to end its association with The People’s Forum (TPF), an anti-Israel organization, following revelations of its executive director, Manolo De Los Santos, expressing “Nazi rhetoric” in a viral video.
In a strongly-worded letter addressed to Goldman Sachs Philanthropy Fund President Karey Dye, Torres criticized the fund for donating “millions” to TPF. De Los Santos, in the video, is heard advocating for the complete destruction of Israel as a means to eliminate capitalism and imperialism.
Manolo De Los Santos was arrested for using sound amplification devices at a protest without a permit, over the weekend; in a sign that maybe the city will being cracking down on the pro Hamas rallies, which have blocked traffic and terrified Jews all over NYC,

Torres condemned the “genocidal nature” of De Los Santos’s speech and argued that Goldman Sachs Philanthropy Fund has a “moral obligation to cut ties” with TPF, which has reported links to the Chinese Communist Party.
Referring to the ongoing Middle East conflict, Torres highlighted the atrocities committed by Hamas and drew parallels between TPF’s ideology and Nazi rhetoric about a “final solution.”
The video, surfaced on Monday, triggered outrage among users, who shared their disgust on social media. Torres reiterated the need to sever ties with TPF, emphasizing the gravity of its promotion of genocidal ideologies.

Goldman Sachs Philanthropy Fund’s Form 990, a document for tax-exempt organizations, revealed donations of $12 million in 2019, $4.4 million in 2018, and $2.5 million in 2017 to TPF. However, Goldman Sachs denied contributing directly to TPF, clarifying that the donations were made through a Donor Advised Fund at the client’s direction.
A source indicated that the person directing donations to TPF was no longer a Goldman client. TPF, known for its anti-Israel stance, has been vocal about the Israel-Palestinian conflict and received funding from Neville Roy Singham, a China sympathizer.
TPF’s activities include organizing anti-Israel rallies, including the first pro Hamas rally which shocked the world, taking place right after the Octover 7th massacre, organizing other radical left wing rallies, including BLM riots, and hosting communist classes promoting ideologies that praise countries like China and Cuba.
The radical group supports a dangerous ideology which is antithetical to American values.
The House Committee on Un-American Activities (HCUA), popularly the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC), was an investigative committee of the United States House of Representatives, created in 1938 to investigate alleged disloyalty and subversive activities on the part of private citizens, public employees, and those organizations suspected of having communist ties, it was disbanded in the early 70’s.
“It is time to bring back HUAC , entire people’s forum along with it’s financers would all be on trial, these people are the communist enemy within”, anti communist activisit Jim Kelly told TJV News.
