(TJV) As the Southeast reels from the catastrophic impact of Hurricane Helene, President Biden’s glaring absence and dismissive attitude are making headlines. The Category 4 hurricane, the strongest to ever hit Florida’s Big Bend region, has left a trail of devastation across six states, resulting in at least 95 deaths, millions without power, and countless families trapped in floodwaters. But where is Biden? Nowhere to be found.
“Do you have any words to the victims of the hurricane?”
BIDEN: “We’ve given everything that we have.”
“Are there any more resources the federal government could be giving them?”
BIDEN: “No.” pic.twitter.com/jDMNGhpjOz

While Americans suffer, Biden continues to funnel billions of dollars to Ukraine and bankroll the flood of illegal immigrants pouring into our country.
When asked about the devastation, Biden’s indifferent response was, “We’ve given them all… Everything that we have.” This, from a president who can’t seem to stop writing blank checks to foreign interests but suddenly runs out of resources when it comes to helping his own citizens.

The worst-hit state, North Carolina, reports 36 casualties, with communities cut off from food, water, and power. South Carolina mourns the loss of 25 lives, including two firefighters. Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Virginia have also seen devastating losses. Yet Biden’s FEMA response is as sluggish as ever, shrugging off requests for more aid, telling struggling Americans they’re on their own.
Joe Biden, fresh off giving many more billions to Ukraine, says there is nothing more his government can do to help the people of Tennessee, North and South Carolina. Unacceptable. pic.twitter.com/k86fw1X0Ir

As rescue teams fight against time to save lives, Biden’s priorities remain disturbingly clear: endless funding for Ukraine and illegal immigrants, but nothing left for hurricane-ravaged Americans. How much more suffering will it take for this administration to prioritize the people they were elected to serve?
