Remember the 1960’s cartoon — “The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends? Boris Badenov, Natasha Fatale and Dictator Fearless Leader were spotted in Iowa. They must have meddled in the Iowa Democratic Party primary caucus that caused all the chaos and confusion. Someone should have hired Moose and Flying Squirrel for ballot security and Mister Peabody to count the ballots. If these clowns can’t manage a simple election, how can we trust them to run Washington?
The Impeachment Hearings reminded me of the 1960’s science fiction television show — the Outer Limits. Both of them end the same. “As we now return control of your television set you.” Thank goodness!.

Make Holocaust Education a Priority
Dear Editor:
Ron Lauder, President of the World Jewish Congress, “According to the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, a shocking 41% of US adults, and 66% of those between the ages of 18-34 do not recognize the name Auschwitz. Hate is rising as memories disappear, and deniers spread false and atrocious narratives to undermine those memories. Universal Holocaust education is critical to ensure that not only do we never forget, but that our children and grandchildren fully comprehend the depth of the greatest crime in history, so nothing like it ever happens again.”
I continually hear about Jewish Organizations, Sisterhoods’ do-gooder projects in their communities, which is all well and good, however I do not hear about focused, organized efforts to train their members to work as volunteers for Holocaust education in schools, with the same zeal they put forth in helping others. Compared to the population of the world, 6.2 billion, the Jewish population is only 13 million, .002%. Our resources and energies are not limitless. We need to begin focusing more on saving ourselves, and a bit less on saving others for a time.

Sanders & DeBlasio’s Masquerade
Dear Editor:
My father was a soldier during WWII. He met my mother in Casablanca who was a French Moroccan Jew, and sent for her as a war bride. My mother told us that if the war had gone on much longer, she would have been rounded up with the other Jews, and if alive today, would have been horrified to witness the likes of Bernie Sanders as a major contestant for President.
Bernie likes to appear as a warm and fuzzy, likeable guy but we know better. Sanders brought virulent anti-semites, Linda Sarsour and Amer Zahr into his campaign, and hired Faiz Shakir, who co-chaired a Hamas fundraiser. Sanders accepts the endorsements of Tlaib and Omar, who support the boycott and end to Israel. He flew to London, to endorse the UK’s neo-Nazi Jeremy Corbyn. Sanders named the co-founder (Joel Rubin) of an anti Israel group, J Street, as his campaign liaison. J Street speakers call for the end of the Jewish State, characterize Israel’s creation as “wrong”, repeatedly delegitimize Israel with false accusations of “oppression.” Not so ‘fuzzy’ Bernie is also an open, hard core, ultra far left Socialist as well.
So what are we witnessing today? Bill Clinton shakes hands with open antisemitic hater Louis Farrakhan at Aretha Franklin’s funeral. Nancy Pelosi embraces Al Sharpton and the Congressional Black Caucus who refuse to renounce boastful genocidal Jew hater, Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan. Bill De Blasio, (his real name is Warren Wilhelm Jr), NY Mayor, campaigned with Linda Sarsour and Tamika Mallory, Women’s March organizers, who repeatedly praise Farrakhan, this ‘Black Hitler’, and is now supporting Bernie Sanders.
You can fool some of the people, some of the time, but not all of the people, all of the time. What more will it take for the millions of Jews living in New York and across America to stand up? What will it take for our rabbis, our Jewish leaders, organizations, community centers to stand up and denounce Sanders for the ignorant Israel hater he truly is, and loudly condemn those who support him?

Holy Hatred

Dexter Van Zile, a pro-Israel Christian affiliated with Camera.org asks, “One Question for the United Church of Christ-Isn’t the blood of one Jew enough for your?” Three mainline Protestant churches in the United States, United Church of Christ, Presbyterian Church, and the Episcopal Church have joined the anti-Israel boycott. The church has a sinful, long history of drumming up hatred of Jews, issuance of blood libels, and their unholy silence during the Holocaust. One would think the church would want to make amends, instead of continuing their holy hatred. Not so.
Gatestone, “Guide to the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict by the United Church of Christ…a toxic document…there is no room in it for a Jewish, Israeli or moderate Christian voice; just hatred of Israel…”
The Florida Jewish Journal, “In the wake of the synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh, activists from several mainline Protestant churches came under fire for promoting a culture of anti-Semitism in their churches, especially the United Methodist Church. The worst offenders are usually activists affiliated with the Presbyterian Church and the United Church of Christ. But this year, the activists and officials from the United Methodist Church took on a leading role by hosting the “Christ at the Checkpoint Conference” in Oklahoma.” Dexter writes, “The notions of Jewish cruelty, corruption and infestation—were all themes at the conference…It’s now, literally, lethal rhetoric.”
“The United Nations focuses its anger on Israel for defending itself against Hamas. But the barbarous slaughter of thousands upon thousands of Christians is met with relative indifference”. Ron Lauder, President of the World Jewish Congress. Gatestone reports, “Anti-Christian hostility is sweeping across Western Europe…roughly 3,000 Christian churches, schools, cemeteries and monuments were vandalized, looted or defaced in Europe during 2019 becoming a record year for anti-Christian sacrilege on the continent.” BBC news, “The persecution of Christians in parts of the world is at near “genocide” levels, according to a report ordered by Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt.”
Do these attacks on Christians, and who is responsible, merit even a mention, let alone a headline on mainstream media? The true holy Christians, church leaders of all faiths, need to stand up and condemn this growing unholy hatred. This Pope, his holiness’ silence is…profoundly unholy. History teaches us, when they come for the Jews, you are next.
