Team Trump Is Taking Aim at Biden’s Migrant Mess

At long last, sunlight is beginning to pierce the shadowy web of corruption and chaos fueling America’s border crisis — and we have Team Trump to thank. While the Biden administration spent years throwing open the gates and turning a blind eye to the consequences, Trump’s team is now taking bold, decisive action to clean up the disaster.

Last week, federal prosecutors in New York’s Southern District did what the Biden DOJ refused to do — they launched a serious criminal probe into the bloated, taxpayer-draining migrant shelter industry. Subpoenas have already been issued to major shelters like the Roosevelt Hotel and Hotel Chandler, demanding answers about who exactly is profiting from this humanitarian grift.

And it’s about time. Let’s not pretend that billions of dollars — yes, billions — could have flowed unchecked through a labyrinth of agencies and shady contractors without a trace of corruption. New York has already shelled out more than $7 billion on services for the 230,000+ illegal immigrants shipped into the city over the past three years. That money didn’t vanish into thin air. It was siphoned through backdoor deals, cozy contracts, and politically connected “nonprofits” who’ve made a business out of Biden’s border crisis.

Trump’s DOJ is doing what honest government demands: asking who’s been paid, how much they’ve been paid, and what services — if any — they actually provided. This is accountability in action, and it couldn’t come soon enough.

Naturally, the Left is already howling. They’ll claim this is cruel, xenophobic, or somehow “targeting” the vulnerable. But don’t be fooled. This isn’t about attacking migrants — it’s about exposing the corrupt machine that exploited them for profit and left the American taxpayer to foot the bill. We deserve to know where our money went, and who got rich off the chaos.

Even better, this probe is likely just the beginning. Expect similar investigations to hit the migrant-industrial complexes in cities like Chicago, Los Angeles, and beyond. And let’s not forget border czar Tom Homan’s strong message: sanctuary cities are on notice. Immigration enforcement is back — and this time, it’s coming with twice the manpower.
