Casa Cipriani Heads to Miami: Luxury Oceanfront Tower Will Feature Condos, Boutique Hotel, and Members’ Club

Edited by: TJVNews.com

Raise your Bellinis—Casa Cipriani, the globally celebrated brand synonymous with old-world hospitality and understated opulence, is officially heading south. In its most ambitious expansion yet, Casa Cipriani will debut its first-ever Florida location in Miami Beach, introducing a bold new chapter that merges its legendary service with luxury real estate. The move marks the brand’s entrance into South Florida’s ultra-competitive luxury condo market, placing it alongside elite neighbors like the Aman Miami Beach and Faena House.

Casa Cipriani plans to build from the ground up a hotel, a private club and condos. 13th Floor Investments, Midtown Equities

As reported by The New York Post’s Gimme Shelter column, the new Casa Cipriani Miami will rise at 3611 Collins Avenue in a new-construction, 17-story oceanfront tower, setting a new standard for exclusivity and refined living in one of the city’s most desirable corridors.

This latest project is more than just a hotel—it’s a comprehensive lifestyle destination that will include 23 ultra-luxury condominium residences, a 40-room boutique hotel and a members-only private club.

The development is a joint venture between several industry powerhouses: 13th Floor Investments (led by Arnaud Karsenti), Midtown Equities (led by Joseph Cayre), and the Cipriani family themselves, guardians of the brand’s nearly century-old legacy of hospitality, as was detailed in The New York Post report.

Architect Brandon Haw is behind the design of the new tower, which will respectfully channel Miami Beach’s Art Deco traditions through a Cipriani lens—rooted in Venetian elegance and timeless glamour. The report in The New York Post explained that the Cipriani story, which began in 1931 with Giuseppe Cipriani’s iconic Harry’s Bar in Venice, will find its architectural echo in Miami’s pastel coastline, bringing old-world European charm to the sands of South Florida.

“Casa Cipriani is all about comfort, privacy, service, and elegance,” Maggio Cipriani, president of Cipriani USA and a fourth-generation member of the founding family, told The New York Post. “The Miami location will offer the private club experience that our members cherish, along with a unique opportunity to call this extraordinary place home.”

The condominiums, which range from one to four bedrooms, are expected to launch sales later this year starting at a reported $25 million per unit, according to a Casa Cipriani spokesperson quoted by The New York Post. Construction is anticipated to begin shortly thereafter.

The New York Post report indicated that each residence will include access to a host of elite services and experiences curated by Casa Cipriani’s in-house team, blending residential comfort with five-star hospitality in ways few Miami properties have dared to attempt.

The amenities package is where Casa Cipriani intends to set itself apart. Future residents and club members will enjoy a private residential entrance, signature private dining and in-home catering services, private dining rooms for hosting events or entertaining guests, an oceanfront pool deck with food and drink service from the Casa Cipriani culinary team, a luxury spa, state-of-the-art gym, and elegant lounge spaces.

This lifestyle, Cipriani executives say, is not about flashy excess—it’s about privacy, discretion, and tradition, three values the brand has safeguarded for nearly 100 years.

While Casa Cipriani Miami will be the family’s first branded residential-hospitality hybrid in Florida, the Cipriani name is already well-established in the region. The New York Post reported that other properties and projects include the under-construction Cipriani Residences Miami in Brickell, the Cipriani Downtown Miami restaurant on Brickell Avenue, Mr. C Residences and Mr. C Hotel in Coconut Grove, and an upcoming Mr. C Hotel & Residences in West Palm Beach,

This next step reflects both the Cipriani family’s growing confidence in the South Florida market and the rising global appetite for highly curated branded residences.

With sky-high prices and an intimate scale—only 23 residences—Casa Cipriani Miami is positioning itself not as a competitor to existing luxury condos, but as an entirely different proposition: one rooted in legacy, defined by impeccable taste, and curated for a clientele who values discretion above all else, The New York Post report said.

The announcement also reflects Miami’s ongoing transformation into a global hub of luxury living, where world-renowned hospitality brands are evolving into full-service real estate empires. Casa Cipriani’s entry into the scene cements the trend—and raises the bar.

As reported by The New York Post, construction will begin soon, and insiders predict that demand for these residences will be immediate and intense. After all, it’s not just a place to stay. It’s a place to belong.

And as always, at Casa Cipriani—the Bellinis will be flowing.
