A high-profile Long Island plastic surgeon, known for his luxury lifestyle and flashy cars, is facing multiple lawsuits alleging unauthorized surgery, sexual harassment, and disturbing behavior toward both employees and patients, The Post exclusively reports.

Dr. David Pincus, who resides in a $3 million mansion and drives a $300,000 Lamborghini Evo Spyder, is accused of performing an unauthorized vaginal procedure, groping an employee, and making inappropriate comments about a 15-year-old intern, according to lawsuits filed last year.

One of the most shocking allegations comes from Vanessa Soda, a former patient who says she went in for a tummy tuck but woke up to something she never consented to.

“‘You had a very low vagina, so I had to lift it up,’” Soda recalled Pincus telling her, according to her lawsuit.

The procedure Soda refers to appears to be a monsplasty, commonly known as a “mons lift.” This surgery reduces excess fat and sagging skin in the mons pubis—the area above the genitals. While often sought for cosmetic or medical reasons, the procedure requires patient consent and is not standard in a tummy tuck.

Soda, 48, told The Post she had never even heard of a mons lift until after waking up from surgery.

“It was mind-boggling. I never discussed my vagina with him, and he never mentioned it before surgery,” she said.

Another doctor later informed Soda that the results of Pincus’ procedure would cost $40,000 to fix.

Soda isn’t the only accuser. Jaclyn Riker, a former employee, alleges a pattern of disturbing behavior from Pincus while she worked for him between 2019 and 2022.

According to her lawsuit, Pincus repeatedly groped her, made lewd comments, and even demanded she call him “Daddy.”

“He would grab me and say, ‘Come sit on Daddy’s lap,’” Riker told The Post.

Riker also claims Pincus lifted up her skirt in the office, fondled her breasts after performing a breast augmentation, and told her he ‘owned’ her.

“I created you, and I own you,” Pincus allegedly told her, according to court documents.

Disturbing Comments About a Teenage Intern

Another lawsuit claims Pincus made inappropriate remarks about a 15-year-old intern, the daughter of an employee.

“Your daughter is so hot,” Pincus allegedly said, according to a previously settled lawsuit.

Medical Negligence Allegations

Beyond the sexual harassment claims, Pincus is also accused of serious medical negligence.

One lawsuit, filed by Michelle Armstrong, claims that after a 2022 breast reduction, Pincus ignored clear signs of infection. The untreated wound led to necrosis (tissue death), requiring emergency surgeries, skin grafts, and a two-week hospital stay.

“She developed severe sepsis, abscesses, and pulmonary embolisms—all of which could have been avoided with proper care,” Armstrong’s lawyer told The Post.

Pincus denies all allegations, calling the lawsuits “baseless and frivolous.”

His lawyer, John Carman, said Pincus is prepared to “wage a punishing defense” against what he calls a smear campaign.

When The Post confronted Pincus at his home, he accused Riker and her attorney of trying to extort him, insisting he has treated over 7,000 satisfied patients.

However, Riker says she’s standing her ground. “I had enough. I can’t live my life in fear anymore,” she told The Post.

In addition to the three active lawsuits, Pincus has a history of legal trouble. A 2020 lawsuit, later settled, accused him of sexual harassment. The lawsuits paint a picture of a doctor who allegedly abused his power.

  1. I am so happy to see women standing up for themselves, I too am currently discussing filing a suit against David Pincus for medical negligence. I went to Dr Pincus for breast implants six months ago, not only did he botch up the surgery , I developed an infection and he refused to see me. He has sent me threatening text messages and said he was going to sue me for harassment and deformation of character because I left him a bad review. I saw a Dr in NYC who told me I need to have surgery to correct what Pincus did that will cost $17,000, he was appalled at the job Pincus did.
To sum it all up, Dr David Pincus left me with deformed breast , a bad infection, he refused to see me or speak to me and he is “suing me” he is a joke that is not funny and I am a wreck and seeking an attorney to help me, one attorney I called said he couldn’t take my case because he already has a client that is suing Pincus.
