Autopsy Study Suggests High Likelihood of COVID-19 Vaccines Contributing to Deaths, Calls for Urgent Investigation
A recent systematic review of autopsy data has raised serious concerns about the safety of COVID-19 vaccines(LINK) , identifying a significant likelihood that the vaccines may have caused or contributed to fatalities. The study, which analyzed 325 autopsy cases across 44 peer-reviewed papers, calls for immediate and thorough investigation into these findings.

“The consistency seen among cases in this review with known COVID-19 vaccine mechanisms of injury and death, coupled with autopsy confirmation by physician adjudication, suggests there is a high likelihood of a causal link between COVID-19 vaccines and death,” the researchers concluded.
Scope and Methods
The team searched medical databases, including PubMed and ScienceDirect, for autopsy reports related to COVID-19 vaccination up until May 18, 2023. Each case was independently reviewed by three physicians who determined whether vaccination directly caused or significantly contributed to death. The adjudication process reflected the most up-to-date scientific understanding of vaccine-related mechanisms of injury.
The study noted that as of May 31, 2023, 69% of the global population had received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccines studied included inactivated virus (Sinovac – CoronaVac), protein subunit (Novavax – NVX-CoV2373), viral vector (AstraZeneca – ChAdOx1 nCoV-19, Johnson & Johnson – Ad26.COV2.S), and mRNA-based vaccines (Pfizer-BioNTech – BNT162b2, Moderna – mRNA-1273).
Mechanisms of Injury
The researchers outlined a variety of adverse effects potentially linked to the vaccines, focusing on the spike protein used to elicit immune responses.
- Thrombosis and Inflammation: The spike protein can degrade ACE2 receptors, destabilizing the renin–angiotensin system (RAS), which may lead to severe thrombosis and inflammatory responses.
- Neurological and Systemic Effects: Neurotoxic effects, immune dysregulation, and systemic distribution of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) were highlighted as contributors to conditions such as myocarditis, liver damage, and neurological disorders.
- Cancer Risks: Dysregulation of tumor suppressor genes and interferon regulatory factors (IRFs) could jeopardize long-term cancer control.
“Circulating spike protein is the likely deleterious mechanism through which COVID-19 vaccines produce adverse effects,” the study emphasized.
Alarming Trends and Implications
The review draws attention to a sharp increase in vaccine injury claims since the rollout of COVID-19 shots, noting a 27-fold spike. These findings align with autopsy data and suggest a need for immediate reevaluation of vaccine safety protocols.
Urgent Call to Action
The researchers have urged regulatory agencies and the global medical community to conduct further investigations to clarify these findings and address potential risks. They stressed the importance of balancing vaccine benefits against the potential for severe adverse effects.
This study underscores the necessity of transparency, robust safety monitoring, and ongoing research to ensure the public trust in vaccination programs.
