German Woman Gets More Jail Time Than Rapist After “Offending”Migrant Thug

(TJV) In Hamburg, Germany, a 20-year-old woman has been sentenced to more jail time than most of the rapists in a notorious gang rape case.

She received a weekend in prison for sending “hateful” messages to a rapist involved in the brutal assault of a 14-year-old girl, while eight of the nine convicted men walked free with probation.

The brutal assault occurred in 2020 when a 14-year-old girl was repeatedly raped by different groups of men in Hamburg’s Stadtpark. The park, frequented by youth during COVID-19 lockdowns, became the site of the horrific crime after police dispersed groups enforcing social distancing.

Isolated and vulnerable, the girl was first attacked by four men, who raped her and stole her belongings. In her disoriented state, she was further assaulted by two more men, then again by a single attacker, and finally by three additional men who dragged her into the bushes. The girl managed to escape and found help, leading to a police investigation.

Eleven men were initially charged, but only nine were found to have left DNA evidence on the victim. Of these men, five held German passports, though none were of German heritage. The men included individuals from various nationalities including Polish, Egyptian, Libyan, Kuwaiti, Iranian, Armenian, Afghan, Syrian, and Montenegrin backgrounds.

Despite clear DNA evidence and testimonies, eight of the nine men received only probation, and the ninth was sentenced to two years and nine months in prison without parole.

The lenient sentences sparked outrage across Germany.

One of the rapists’ identities and phone numbers were circulated on Snapchat, leading a 20-year-old woman to send him insulting messages via WhatsApp. She called him a “dishonorable rapist pig” and a “disgusting miscarriage,” expressing her disgust at the case’s details. The rapist reported her to the police, resulting in her conviction and a weekend prison sentence—ironically, longer than the time served by most of the convicted rapists.

This woman’s case is part of a broader investigation where authorities are scrutinizing 140 people for allegedly issuing insults, threats, or other detriments toward the convicted men from the Stadtpark incident.
