JBS USA Food Co, a subsidiary of the Brazilian company JBS S.A., is accused by Attorney General James of lacking a credible strategy to achieve “net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040.”

The company is one of world’s largest beef producers

This lawsuit, most likely is part of a bigger agenda which is to control what people consume,  this concept is one of the hottest topics at the World Economic Forum, who have advocated for humans to consume insects such as crickets.

The concept that meat causes “climate change” in itself is deranged, as Western Journal writes:

The news release goes into detail the major reasons behind this puzzling move, claiming that, though JBS USA has pledged to reduce its greenhouse emissions to net zero by 2040, they have the audacity to ramp up beef production during this horrific “climate crisis.”

From there we descend into hysterical claims regarding how damaging to the environment beef production supposedly is, with the news releases describing the excessive amount of greenhouse gases released by the beef industry and animal farming in general, before castigating JBS for its supposed failure to adhere strictly to arbitrary environmental regulations.

The Attorney General is demanding that JBS USA halt its advertising campaign promoting this goal, undergo an independent audit to ensure compliance with New York’s consumer protection laws, and repay any profits gained through deceptive business practices, along with facing penalties of at least $5,000 per violation.

The power hungry, far left extremst Attorney General states : “When companies falsely advertise their commitment to sustainability, they are misleading consumers and endangering our planet. JBS USA’s greenwashing exploits the pocketbooks of everyday Americans and the promise of a healthy planet for future generations.”

In response, JBS has refuted the lawsuit, claiming it is committed to a more sustainable agricultural future, emphasizing reduced resource usage and environmental impact.

However, this may translate to a decrease in the availability of commonly consumed meat sources such as cows, chickens, and others worldwide.

Critics argue that such actions align with an anti-meat agenda driven by globalist entities like the World Health Organization, the World Economic Forum, and the United Nations, suggesting a deliberate effort to limit meat consumption globally.
