(TJV) Another individual has been apprehended in connection with the tragic murder of 2-year-old Jeremy Poou Caceres, as per an announcement from the Prince George’s County Police Department.

The illegal criminal thug was initially released from coiunty police twice, due to the exrtremist radical leftist anti ICE policies, which favor criminal migrants over U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) ,  a federal law enforcement agency

They have identified the new suspect as 25-year-old Nilson Trejo-Granados, charging him with both first and second-degree murder.

Confirming Trejo-Granados’ status, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Removal Operations Baltimore spokesperson James Covington disclosed to FOX 5 that he is an unlawfully present Salvadoran national.

Records from ICE reveal a concerning pattern: Trejo-Granados had been ordered for removal from the United States by a Department of Justice immigration judge in Newark, New Jersey, on November 7, 2022.

Troublingly, despite encounters with law enforcement, Trejo-Granados remained at large. Montgomery County Police Department arrested him on March 21, 2023, on theft charges. Despite ICE lodging an Immigration Detainer on March 22, 2023, with the Montgomery County Detention Center, he was released on March 27, 2023, as MCDC refused to honor the detainer.

Again, on September 26, 2023, he was arrested for theft and obstructing, but was released on October 12, 2023, despite ICE’s detainer.

Following the recent arrest announcement, ICE lodged yet another Immigration Detainer against Trejo-Granados with the Prince George’s County Detention Center. Meanwhile, the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit has already taken into custody and charged a 15-year-old from Takoma Park, a 16-year-old from Hyattsville, and two other men suspected of driving a stolen vehicle to the crime scene and firing shots. All are being treated as adults and are being held without bond

Fox News Reported:

Back on Feb. 8, Jeremy and his mother were walking along Kanawha Street in Langley Park when shots were fired between two groups. Both the toddler and his mother were caught in the middle of the crossfire which, detectives say, was not meant for them.
