The Honorable Mayor Eric Adams presented a special plaque on the 10th Anniversary celebration of The Bridge to Mark Meyer Appel Founder at a special ceremony at City Hall. Mark was joined by the Board of Directors Margarette Tropnas, Mendy Mirocznik and our President Gene Burshtein The Mayor applauded the holy work of The Bridge and its contribution to NEW YORK CITY
The Mayor highlighted some of the important initiatives that The Bridge does daily to help our diverse communities.The mayor applauded our work on Diversity and helping the Immigrants with supplies and resources enabling them to transition into our City. The Mayor strongly praised Our work with The Mayors Anti Hate task force led by Hassan Naveed and with Pastor Gil Monrose Director of The Office of Faith Based Partnerships and for making this city a more inclusive home for all.
Mark Meyer Appel has known the Mayor for over a decade and has worked with his office on many successful projects.
I am overhelmed with joy and pride in accepting this award from the Hon Mayor Eric Adams and look forward to a continued relationship for years to come proclaimed a overjoyed Mark Meyer Appel.We all have much more in common that we need to resolve than the little that divides us.
