If you are thinking of going to the Hamptons July 4th think again-nearly all the Hotels are booked even the $12,000 per weekend Topping Rose House. A post Covid Hamptons is looking more crowded than ever with $47 Jitneys completely sold-out, a thousand person waitlist for Bilboquet Sag Harbor, and private airports that can barely contain the summering billionaires.

Michael Rubin’s 2023 invitation with custom Jay-Z Champagne.

If you are Liev Schreiber heading to Montauk be sure not to fly when it’s foggy as this past weekend he was forced to land in Southampton on his way to Donna Karan’s house to premiere his new Anne Frank series “A Small Light.” Some other celebrities you may bump into include: Jerry Seinfeld, Steven Spielberg, Beyonce and Jay-Z, Jennifer Lopez, Alec Baldwin, Sarah Jessica Parker, Gwyneth Paltrow and Julianne Moore who all maintain multimillion dollar homes. Millions of TikTokers were outraged over the $30 guacamole at the Seafood Shop in Wainscott with billionaires Steve Cohen, Michael Bloomberg, Martha Stewart and Robert Kraft frequenting this pricey emporium. The Hamptons has over 700 superrich centimillionaires whose second homes in the Hamptons are summer enclaves.

Here are some fantastic party options for your July 4th party weekend:

Beginning at 6 PM on Thursday June 29th head to the Maidstone Hotel in East Hampton from 6-8 PM for the grand opening of restaurant Loulou La Plage. This French-American hotspot at 207 Main Street even has reservations available at the late hour of 10:45 PM.

Goldbar pop-up at 136 Main Street Southampton will be the club of the weekend from Friday-Sunday with DJ Cassidy spinning tunes on Saturday and a host of celebrities expected over the three days.

– Philanthropist Jean Shafiroff will be chairing the Halsey House Gala

Friday June 30th you might want to head to 3 Madison St. in Sag Harbor at 3 PM for a HerStory party at LoveSchackFancy Sag Harbor which will feature brands from around the globe.

Saturday night July 1st we have a major comeback story as billionaire financier Marc Leder is returning to the Hamptons for an all white party at his $23 million Sagaponack mansion. The debonair Marc is notorious for throwing the sexiest parties in the South Fork and getting an invite to this shindig is highly coveted. A second rate option is Spotlight magazine’s July 4th Cover Party at Love Binetti in Sag Harbor at 5 PM. Additionally, the Southampton History Museum is holding the Halsey House Gala which will feature a night of drinks and dancing under the stars at 249 Main Street in Southampton with Gala Committee Chair and philanthropist Jean Shafiroff from 5:30-8PM. SAINt JHN will also be playing at the Surf Lodge in Montauk at 7 PM.

-Ultra Club in Southampton

Sunday July 2nd superstar nightclub owner Richie Akiva will be hosting a party at Kissaki Water Mill at 9:30 PM with celebrities expected to attend including Trevor Noah, Cuba Gooding Jr., and a host of supermodels. Entertainment by Rachel Winters, Jus Ske, Abi and a surprise guest are some of the highlights!

Monday July 3rd is the biggest day and night of the weekend with a Givenchy luncheon at Topping Rose House beginning at 12:30 PM to celebrate the Givenchy Plage Hamptons Pop-Up. The weekend climaxes with billionaire Michael Rubin’s all white party on Monday July 3rd beginning at 5 PM at Dune Road in Bridgehampton. Whereas, last year they had drones pummeling gatecrashers this year security will be even tighter as food from Lucali, Cucina Alba and Kevin Hart’s Hart House will be featured along with rumored entertainment from rappers Travis Scott and Drake. The custom invitation included bottles of Jay-Z’s Armand Ace of Spades Champagne-signaling it is a near certainty Jay-Z and Bey will be attending. Grucci fireworks and a super A-list crowd make this the hottest party of the summer and maybe the year!

Christie Brinkley

If fireworks are your thing you can either head to Montauk’s Umbrella Beach on Tuesday July 4th at 9 PM or to Fresh Pond Beach in Amagansett on July 1st at 9:15 PM. Saturday night at 9:30 PM at Sag Harbor waterfront the Sag Harbor Yacht Club will be sponsoring fireworks while mogul Neil Simon will be hosting hundreds of his friends on his yacht docked nearby. Tuesday afternoon The Surf Lodge will be hosting a special 3 PM surprise concert-I can’t reveal the name of the band but no “chain smoking” allowed.
