“A Leadership Journey to Unity” – Sharon Adam and Bracha Shilat Embark on a First-of-its-Kind Transactional Unity Journey
Six empowering days full of experiences in New York

Sharon Adam, the founder of the project “A Whole Man” – for peace and unity in relationships, and Bracha Shilat, an entrepreneur for Jewish female leadership initiatives, have joined forces to launch the first journey of its kind, referred to as the “Leadership Journey for Unity”. Fifteen women, who are considered to be top influencers and opinion leaders among the Israeli public were chosen to attend the journey for a formative experience in New York, with the aim of enabling them with the tools and knowledge needed to create a positive impact for women in the future.
During the visit, the women participated in tours and learning experiences, such as a tour of the UN building with Gilad Erdan, who is Israel’s representative to the UN. They also took part in an international leadership event with 4,000 Chabad members from around the world. Moreover, they visited the grave of Rabbi Lubavitch along with journalist Sivan Rahav-Meir and carried out a number of educational and entertainment activities in conjunction with New York’s diverse attractions.
The journey took place between the dates: 08/02- 13/02, and the influencers who participated are Aline Cohen, Miri Cohen, Nataly Dadon, Tahounia Rubel, Tanya Lauren, Orin Julie Emanuel, Sharit Pollak, Julia Shachar, Ira Dolfin, Jenny Chervoney, Yarden Edri, Shani Bar, Naor Pony, Eden Polani and Cindy Chady.
Bracha Shilat and Sharon Adam, the initiators and leaders of the journey: “As women who come from different sectors and lead many projects that have as their goal a discourse of unity among the people of Israel, it was an honor and a great privilege for us to embark for the first time on a journey of women leaders, all of whom are strong leaders in their fields. Throughout the journey, the women gained valuable, solidifying, and growing experiences while connecting with inspiring Jewish sources, along with new experiences and fun in the Big Apple. In connecting with each other and with themselves, they also gained knowledge and inspiration for their personal and professional lives, which will help them create female leadership and good influence”.
