The Poconos is a great place to celebrate Independence Day. Spend the morning and afternoon exploring the great outdoors and discovering local history in the region’s great small towns. - Enjoy an evening on Crystal Street with live music from Pocono Duo and fireworks, hosted by East Stroudsburg Community Alliance. Stop by your favorite local restaurants, bars and businesses then pull up a lawn chair to watch the show.

Get ready for a fun-filled evening and fantastic fireworks display in downtown Honesdale. Look to the skies over Irving Cliff; the fireworks will start following the event hosted by the Wayne County Creative Arts Alliance. Rain date is scheduled for Sunday, July 3. For a perfect accompaniment to the spectacular, tune into the patriotic music broadcast by Bold Gold Media’s Classic Hits 105.3. Parking and seating is available at the Wallenpaupack High School.
