Bentley to Brand Tallest Beachfront Tower in US; Miami Luxury Bldg to Be Completed in 2026

The real estate boon in the Sunshine State continues unabated in the aftermath of the Covid pandemic.

The New York Post reported that Bentley Motors is in collaboration with real estate developer Gil Dezer of Miami’s Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa as they launch a new luxury condominium in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The report indicated that the building will be the tallest beachfront tower in the Miami area.

The Post report said that the new tower will be the first branded Bentley residence in the world. For those who can afford to live in such wealthy diggs, each residence will include an in-unit multi-car garage on the same floor as their apartment via a patented elevator known as the Dezervator, as was reported by the Post.

The tower which will stand at 749 feet tall and is expected to be completed in 2026.

The prices at the new Bentley tower will start at a staggering $4.2 million. The Post reported that each unit will come with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, an outdoor shower, a balcony and exquisite views of the ocean.

And these multi-million dollar apartments will include such amenities as landscaping, cabanas, a spa, pool, gym, private restaurant with resident chef, a cigar lounge, whiskey bar and a cinema, according to the Post report. Not too bad for that kind of money.

In January, the sales gallery, located at 18325 Collins Ave in Miami will include a Bentley Heritage room with a car and a life-size Bentley car sculpture as well as a Macallan Whisky Bar and Lounge, according to the Post report.

The Post also reported that developer Joe Farrell has closed on the purchase of a former Westchester country club for $16.5 million.

Farrell will be using the 127 acres — formerly the Ridgeway Country Club in White Plains — to build luxury homes in the area.

Farrell said there is limited inventory in Westchester and he is looking forward “to bringing our great Hamptons style to Westchester.”
