The appointment by Joe Biden or his manipulators, of Linda Thomas-Greenfield as our Ambassador to the United Nations, strengthens our fears that his administration is hell-bent on bringing back the overt anti-Israel agenda that was the hallmark of his former boss, Barack Obama. The four year love affair with Israel under Trump is now officially over. And for good measure, understand that Ms. Greenfield, an avowed supporter of Black Lives Matter, who spouts the dangerous verbiage, claiming that America is still corrupted and ruled by “White supremacists,” has supported our nation’s re-joining the notorious UN agency, the Human Rights Council, that boasts such “humanitarian” members as China, Cuba, Venezuela and the vacation paradise of Afghanistan. Trump pulled us and our dollars out of this hateful group because its members were anti-democracy dictatorships of major proportions. And she will sit among them.
She spoke last week to the National Action Network, run by of all people, racial arsonist, Al Sharpton. Here are her shocking, opening words to this group of black terror supporters: “Reverend Al Sharpton, thank you for never backing down. Your lifetime of activism is an inspiration to us all. So long as the world wants for justice, I feel better knowing you and the National Action Network will demand it.” So, in the eyes of our second most important foreign public official, one who will carry our nation’s banner to the world in the UN, Al Sharpton’s actions are to be emulated, glorified and honored. Is this woman not aware of Al’s achievements, the Crown Heights riots, the torching of Freddie’s Clothing Mart, Al’s hateful rhetoric regarding Whites and Jews? If not, she’s stupid. If she is, she’s dangerous.
And barely two years ago, addressing the Chinese Communist Party’s Confucius Institute in Georgia, she claimed that the U.S. and China: “shared values of peace, prosperity, sustained economic growth the development and a firm commitment to good governance, gender equality.” Is our UN rep so ignorant of Chinese tyranny or rather, dare we we assume that Ms. Greenfield demanded a bucketful of American dollars for these undeserved words of praise? The latter.
If our new UN delegate supports Black Lives Matter, heaps praise on Al Sharpton, is comfortable sitting on the Human Rights Council, feels that the United States was founded on and still lives under the heel of racial injustice, we have a real problem on our hands. And we, along with Israel and the rest of the world will pay a heavy price for her appointment. We therefore believe Ms. Greenfield, is a poor choice to represent us even in the corrupt world body.
