Record Shows Trump Unlikely to Declare National Emergency in Waning Days of 2020

By: Daniel Wiseman

Having had many opportunities to declare a national emergency during his presidency and not, President Trump is unlikely to do so now in the waning desperate days of 2020.

The vicious four-year assault on America by the Deep State, the Left, and the Globalists appears to have triumphed in 2020, and hope has all but left the room.

Ever since Election Day (which became election week), the oxygen tank keeping America alive has been shut down further. Nobody wants to “give up” on President Trump, certainly not the estimated 70 million Americans who voted for him, but there is never enough good news to think that the stolen presidential election will be overturned. Each judicial and Electoral College deadline passes without changing the narrative of a looming Joe Biden presidency.

The next bit of false hope is the MAGA rally Jan. 6, 2021, in Washington, the same day Congress is set to officially approve the 2020 election results. On that day, Republican U.S. senators and representatives might contest the fraudulent Electoral College results from Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania and retain the presidency for Donald Trump. As 2020 ends, everyone, though, believes it is “over,” despite President Trump having never conceded and continuing to file lawsuits about election fraud that fall on the deaf ears of the courts, including the Supreme Court, which has failed its constitutional duty to adjudicate these matters.

Short of President Trump declaring a national emergency before the Jan. 20 inauguration the hapless, demented Joe Biden will become the 46th president of the United States.  He and his son the corrupt Hunter Biden together are willing to sell the United States down the river to become wealthy.

Despite myriad successes, such as appointing more than 230 conservative judges to the federal bench, and restoring faith in America, the Trump presidency failed its most important test: dismantling the Left and the Deep State. Trump also stopped American involvement in “endless wars” around the world, the Iran nuclear deal and the Paris climate accords, but the Globalists never surrendered, and Biden says he will reverse those Trump policies.

Here are times Trump missed opportunities that have led to his apparent imminent downfall:

Upon his election, President Trump could have fulfilled his campaign pledge and put Hilary Clinton in jail. She and her husband President Clinton ran the Clinton Global Initiative as their own personal influence-peddling piggy bank, and she and President Obama were at the center of promulgating the fake Russia hoax that hounded the Trump presidency for three years.

No effort was made to reorganize and streamline the federal government. The Republicans, conservatives and libertarians had coalesced on border security, but not on killing once and for all, the Deep State, the permanent government in Washington. At every turn, the Washington Swamp from the FBI, to Supreme Court Justice John Roberts, to Dr. Anthony Fauci attempted to destroy the Trump presidency.

The State of California is in open rebellion against the United States and the American People. Foreign nationals living in California have been allowed to vote in United States federal elections. The fraud the Democrats “road-tested” in California in 2018 was perfected in 2020. In the judiciary, the U.S. Ninth District Court that sits in San Francisco openly undermines the clear Constitutional authority of the Executive Branch to conduct the foreign policy of the United States, specifically concerning naturalization, immigration, and border security. The Trump administration needed to begin impeachment proceedings against those judges, arrest the local officials that interfered with ICE operations, and require federal supervision of elections to insure free and fair voting. But nothing was done.

Nobody has ever gone to jail from the Deep State for the Russia-Collusion hoax. By asking the government of Ukraine one year ago to begin a formal investigation of Hunter Biden’s lucrative deal with an energy company there, President Trump did the unthinkable: he challenged Washington’s money-making culture. By October 2020, we learned that U.S. Attorney John Durham’s report on “SpyGate” would not be finished by Election Day. The swamp would remain in place and justice would not be served.

In February 2020, the news of Covid-19 hit the United States and “flattening the curve” hysteria arrived. By March, Democratic governors declared “soft martial law” in their respective states. Businesses were categorized as “essential” or “non-essential.” Public gatherings were banned, people’s movements restricted, and churches and religious services shuttered. For people living in Blue States, they awoke to tyranny unseen in the history of the United States. Suddenly, bureaucrats in white lab coats were the new arbiters of freedom instead of the president of the United States. It took Trump months to take control of the narrative by saying “we can get through this,” but by then it was too late, and the country had blamed him for Covid-19, and the seeds of his election “defeat” had been planted.

This summer, after days of rioting and looting, President Trump failed to declare Blue State governors and mayors in rebellion for encouraging unrest. President Trump ought to have invoked the Insurrection Act of 1807 and sent the Army to conquer and rebuild the Blue States rattled by Leftist radicals. Property was destroyed, innocent people were killed, and society was unraveling in the American cities and states run by the Democratic Party. The president had deluded himself that he would be rewarded with a second term for putting America First and restoring the nation’s economy. However, Covid-19 and social unrest were now the main campaign issues and he was losing on the former and failing to act forcibly enough on the latter.

Finally, there was election fraud in a year in which the president won commanding victories in Ohio and Florida, winning by eight and three percentage points, respectively, while losing by the smallest of amounts in the other battleground states. Democrats “found” just enough votes to win in Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.

As 2020 concludes and Jan. 6, 2021, approaches, it is President Trump’s call alone to make on what to do – not the Supreme Court’s, nor anybody else’s. The Trump campaign was spied upon, and nobody went to jail. The Democrats never recognized his presidency, and now he absolutely does not need to “concede” anything if he does not believe that he lost.

Everything written and broadcast in the mainstream media is Fake News. In a Nov. 6 statement, President Trump assured the American people, “that I will never stop fighting for you and our nation.” All other avenues have been expended. The last shred of hope for President Trump and the country as 2020 ends looks back at him in the mirror each morning. For four years, America has been dying by a thousand cuts.
