-News has gone viral that Ivanka and Jared purchased a 1.8 acre lot for $30 million at 4 Indian Creek Island Road in Miami Beach. This astronomical sum does not include the minimum of $40 million that will be required to build the home of their dreams. While fake stories are spreading quickly about Ivanka and Jared’s fear of being rejected by the elite Manhattan crowd, they are moving to Florida to enjoy the sunny weather and save tens of millions on taxes.  They undoubtedly chose Miami over Palm Beach, where the Donald will be residing, because of the superb Jewish schools available-as opposed to Palm Beach which has none (other than in Boca Raton).  A very pregnant Karlie Kloss along with husband Josh Kushner, similarly purchased a waterfront property on North Bay Road in Miami Beach from hotel magnate Keith Menin in late August.  The $23.5 million eight bedroom mansion is within walking distance of Jared and Ivanka, manifesting the closeness of the brother’s relationship-despite painstaking efforts by the couples to hide their close knit camaraderie.  Josh Kushner runs hedge fund Thrive Capital which is partially funded by George Soros, Princeton University and other liberal cronies making it necessary for Josh to publicize that he and Karlie are proud Democrats.  Karlie‘s fashion career is similarly dependent on the uber-left fashion crowd. Hence, Josh made himself excessively conspicuous at the Women’s March in 2017- letting all the right people know “hey I am on your side.” The two brothers passion for art is also on the upswing as Ivanka and Jared have built up a $25 million collection with Josh recently hiring art advisor to the stars, Sandy Heller, to position Josh as a major player in the art world.

In case you were feeling completely inadequate, another super power couple is headed to Indian Creek-namely Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen.  Yes this sexy sextet (Josh, Jared, Ivanka, Karlie, Tom and Gisele) are rich, gorgeous, tall, happily married, famous and have beautiful families.  The Brady’s plunked down $17 million for a teardown waterfront property on 26 Indian Creek Island Road, according to Page Six.  This was no accident as Karlie and Gisele are good friends, along with Tom and Ivanka (who nearly dated eons ago).  Tom and Gisele should have no trouble with cash as they recently sold their TriBeCa home for close to $40 million.  The Bradys are also house-hunting in L.A. as they vacate their Tampa Bay Mansion which they were renting from Derek Jeter (which is now on the market for $29 million).

-While the stunned public was still digesting Matthew McConaughey’s brave remark that the “illiberal left” has “patronized” Trump supporters, Rose McGowan took to Twitter Thursday morning to echo his hard-hitting remarks.  McGowan declared, “McConaughey is right.  Hollywood has been condescending, northern elite media liberals, too and it trickles down.  Far before Trump presidency illiberal condescension and patronization has formed how too many think.  Break the class structure.”  Is it possible the woman who demolished Harvey Weinstein is a Trump supporter? McGowan also posted Glenn Greenwald’s article detailing the media’s suppression of the Hunter Biden criminal probe while widely disseminating the Russian hoax accusations as truthful.  McGowan is a 47-year-old feminist who beats to the tune of her own drummer: wearing a see-through dress to the 1998 Video Music Awards way before JLo ever did, and reprimanding Harvey Weinstein for sexual assault in 2017-when all of Hollywood was still bowing down to the movie mogul.  McGowan called out radical lefties Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Russell Crowe for turning a blind eye to Weinstein’s behavior with the scathing tweet, “hey @mattdamon what’s it like to be a spineless profiteer who stays silent?’”  Well said Rose-who can’t be bought or intimidated by the upper echelons. Thankfully, Jon Voight is no longer the sole Hollywood truthsayer.

-Just two days ago Kim Kardashian pleaded with President Trump to commute the execution of the “reformed” Brandon Bernard-a 40-year-old who killed two youth ministers when he was 18.  Bernard was sentenced to death in 2000 after the carjacking and murder of Todd and Stacy Bagley in Texas.  The federal judge denied the request and Bernard was executed on Thursday.  Kardashian should stop meddling in politics and stick to posing nude and desperately hawking her underwear.  Despite her Twitter pleas to @realDonaldTrump the president ignored her.  Trump gave Kardashian and Kanye tremendous access to the White House along with commuting the sentences of Alice Johnson, Crystal Munoz, Judith Negron and Tynice Hall at Kardashian’s behest:  Trump got very little “bang for his buck”.  Kardashian revealed days before the election that Kamala and Biden were her picks, and Kanye had the audacity to run against the president.  If Kim had stuck her neck out for Trump; her friend Brandon might still be alive. The days of Kim in the White House are thankfully over.

-The White House Chanukah Party was held on December 9th and 10th with smaller crowds enthusiastically chanting “four more years.”  The Jewish community is mourning the loss of the most pro-Jewish president of all time as Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, along with real estate titans Oren and Tal Alexander and Gil Dezer enjoyed the exclusive affair.  Mayor of Bal Harbour Florida, Gabriel Groisman, was also in attendance.  The handsome 40-year-old passed the nation’s first anti-BDS ordinance in December 2015 along with codifying a uniform definition of anti-Semitism for the first time in 2017.   Groisman, a father of 5 girls, is a lawyer, public speaker and patriot who has taken the Florida political scene by storm.  Others less fortunate individuals excluded from Trump’s coveted list included congressional Democrats and reform and secular Jewish leaders critical of Trump’s policies.  As Ivanka and Jared lit the candles with their three children the crowd looked on wistfully.  Trump remained optimistic as to his presidential prospects, declaring to attendees if “certain very important people have wisdom and courage, we are going to win this election.”

-It was recently revealed George Clooney’s extreme 25-pound weight loss for his film “The Midnight Sky” landed him in the hospital with pancreatitis which took him weeks to recover from.  The 59-year-old directs and stars in the Netlix movie about an Arctic scientist living in an isolated observatory station-hogging the spotlight is not always a good idea.  Who can forget 1979’s “Apocalypse Now“ where actor Martin Sheen suffered a near fatal heart attack and nervous breakdown from the epic workload of the film. Francis Ford Coppola similarly suffered an epileptic seizure due to the stress of the set-actual war might be less deleterious than that movie.
