The Ellen DeGeneres Show is collapsing before our eyes, with sexual harassment scandals and vanishing ratings, and the generally irrelevant, one-time popular radio host Howard Stern has advice for her.

Howard Stern says that if he were in Ellen DeGeneres’ position, he would change his whole image after bombshell claims that she ‘fostered toxic work environment behind the scenes’ on her talk show.

The perennially immature satellite radio host said “‘I’d go on the air and be a son of a b****… people would come on and (I would) go, “F*** you.” Just be a pr**k.’

Stern evidently thinks sexual harassment of men is not a big deal and it is all a joke.  Stern thinks it is more important for DeGeneres to change her on air personality, as opposed to ending the violation of people’s dignity.

One ex-employee said head writer and executive producer Kevin Leman asked him if he could give him a hand job or perform oral sex in a bathroom at a company party in 2013. Another said they separately saw Leman grab a production assistant’s penis, Buzzfeed reported.

In May 2017, another former employee also said she saw Leman grope a production assistant in a car and kiss his neck.

Nearly a dozen former employees, who range from longtime, senior-level employees to production assistants, said it was also common for Leman to make sexually explicit comments in the office, like pointing out male colleagues’ bulges in their crotches, or ask them questions like, “Are you a top or a bottom?”

“It’s masked in sarcasm, but it’s not sarcasm,” a former employee said.

Generally, the normally very vocal leftist hoards who consider telling someone they look pretty sexual harassment have been quiet.  Apparently when gay men harass uninterested men, it is not a big deal.

Daily Mail reported: Stern went on to say that he finds Ellen likable on a personal level but has no idea what it is like to work for her.

He went on to give his two cents on what he thinks the daytime television host should do as he said: ‘So you think I’m a pr**k? I’m going to show you exactly.’

Howard Stern did not appear to take the charges levied against The Ellen DeGeneres’ and her producer seriously.  DeGeneres’ show is rapidly falling, much like Stern, when he went from syndicated radio and TV /movie star and bestselling writer, to a satellite radio show, with an unmeasurable audience made up of only his most dedicated fans.

According to The Wrap, the daytime talk show only garnered a 1.0 Live + Same Day rating through the week ending July 26, which was 29 per cent down on the same time last year, and nine per cent down on the previous week.

Viewership for Ellen appears to have been hit hard amid shocking claims that the work culture behind-the-scenes has been rife with bullying, racism and sexual harassment, the Daily Mail reported
