Hezbollah Leader Labels Deal of the Century a ‘Zionist Plot’, Clashes with US ‘Inevitable’

Hezbollah’s Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah has labeled President Donald Trump’s Deal of the Century peace plan a “Zionist plot to end the Palestinian causes,” and threatened a direct confrontation with the US.

In a televised speech, Nasrallah called for revenge and “resistance against the United States all over the world” for committing “two major crimes,” the assassination of Iranian Al Quds Force General Qassem Soleimani at the beginning of the year and the announcement of Trump’s Deal of the Century.

Nasrallah called upon a “united resistance front” to hurt the United States in their “major weakness” and “point of fragility” by targeting it economically. The Hezbollah leader suggested boycotts against American products “or at least the products of some firms.”

However, he underscored that “the military choice will never be abandoned,” and said that a clash with the US was “inevitable.”

“All the regional peoples must be prepared for the key confrontation,” he declared.

“We are not afraid of the US, and we believe in our own capabilities and faith,” Nasrallah added.

The terrorist was speaking at an event marking Hezbollah “martyrs” as well as Iranian allies killed by Israel and the United States.

In contrast, the “Israeli enemy’s biggest weakness” was declared to be “human losses.” Having “hit [Israel] at its weakness,” Hezbollah could “concentrate on US economic interests,” Nasrallah stated.

Following threats against Israel by Nasrallah last year, Israel’s Minister of Economy and Industry and a member of the Security Cabinet, Eli Cohen stated that “the terrorist who has been under the ground like a rat for 13 years continues to send threats from the depths of his bunker.”

“Every time that he tested our power he experienced our forcefulness,” he added.

“Even Nasrallah, the other arm of the Iranian octopus, knows that it is not worth his while to try us again and the price they will pay in Lebanon will be heavy. This time he will remain underground forever,” Cohen said ominously.

Hezbollah is an Iran-backed terrorist organization based in Lebanon. It has been designated a terror organization by Israel, Germany, the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala, Japan, the Arab League, and the Gulf Cooperation Council.
