Lublin pleaded not guilty after turning himself in to authorities at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. According to the New York Post, this is the third time he has been arrested on sex crimes in two months.

He stands charged with a single count of first-degree sex abuse and seven counts of unlawful surveillance. The incident allegedly took place back on September 10 in his apartment.

The one-time vice president at sports and live entertainment company AEG “already faces seven counts of sexual abuse and burglary related to three separate victims,” reported the New York Post. “On Sept. 14, he allegedly sneaked into a woman’s apartment inside the luxury River Terrace building in Battery Park City where they both lived, and she awoke to find him “leaning over her bed and touching her vagina,” according to Clerkin.”

The Post’s Rebecca Rosenberg noted that just a week earlier, on Sept. 8, “he intruded into the same apartment, where he sexually assaulted the woman’s roommate, allegedly touching her breast as she slept.”

“According to the bail application presented by the DA, the co-worker awoke to Lublin’s “non-consensual touching” and immediately confronted him, waking up her friend who was sleeping in the room with her. She also reported the assault to her friend and to others. The incident was investigated by the company HR department,” reported billboard.com.

The district attorney “revealed at the bail hearing that they had already compiled “ample corroboration” that showed that it was Lublin who entered his neighbors’ apartment on two occasions, Sept. 8 and Sept. 15, and sexually assaulted the women in that apartment who were sleeping,” the web site added. “A forensic search of Lublin’s phone revealed that he had searched for pornography and erotica depicting unconscious women being sexually touched and also took photographs while inside the women’s apartment on two separate occasions.”

“After his initial arrest, Lublin was released on $175,000 bond, but was picked up again just a few days later after the first victim’s roommate also accused Lublin of assaulting her,” rollingstone.com reported. “According to a court transcript from Lublin’s second arraignment, the district attorney’s office told the judge that the victim “awoke to find a man in her bed touching her breasts and put her hand on his groin.”
